Welcome to Noland & Son Construction Co., Inc. We provide services for all aspects of underground utility construction and site-work you need:

• Project Planning: We have the personnel and resources to plan and schedule any project from the simplest residential project to the most complex reconstruction projects with long lead items and minimal float time.
• Project Management: We pride ourselves on project management. Normally we act as the General Contractor on most of the large project we construct. We have a small team of subcontractors that we work with regularly that ensures we stay on schedule and budget. Please consider us for your next Turn-Key construction Project.
• Project Cost Estimates: We have a very experienced estimating staff. Please feel free to call us and let us produce a cost estimate for your next project. We can also help you value engineer your next project to lower costs or increase value.
• Waterline Construction: We have extensive experience in Waterline construction. We specialize in all facets of waterline installation. We can do it all from new waterline installation for your commercial or residential project to replacement and connection of existing municipal systems.
• Sewer Construction: We have extensive experience in Sewer line construction. We can do it all, everything from a simple lateral replacement to the deepest, wettest, large diameter system installations. We also specialize in large volume bypass pumping operations and pipe bursting operations (Trenchless Technology).
• Storm Drain: We have extensive experience in Storm Drain systems. We can do it all, we have installed storm drain pipe in every size from 12" to 72" RCP and precast box culvert in a variety of sizes.
• Excavation and Grading: We have an extensive fleet of excavation and grading equipment. We can handle everything from the smallest lot or subdivision project to a large road reconstruction project.
• Pipe Bursting: We specialize in pipe bursting projects. This is a trenchless technology that allows a new larger diameter pipeline to be installed in an existing alignment with less impact to the surrounding area including hard surface restoration and traffic impact. We have been a pioneer in this field in Utah for almost a decade. We have had the opportunity to construct some of the long burst runs with some of the largest up sizes that have been constructed in the United States.
• Slip Lining: We have had the opportunity to be involved in several Slip lining projects. This is a trenchless technology that allows a new pipeline system to be installed inside of a failing existing pipeline, thereby minimizing surface restoration and traffic impacts.
